Use this query to list an employee's paycheck details, including pay periods, hours worked, gross earnings, and net earnings.

Query Fields

  1. Paycheck Calendar Year(s): leave blank to search across all calendar years on record, or enter a value(s) to limit the report to one or more calendar years.
  2. Paycheck Date Begin Range (MM/DD/YYYY): leave blank to capture all dates, or enter a specific date at which to begin the search.
  3. Paycheck Date End Range (MM/DD/YYYY): leave blank to capture all dates, or enter a specific date at which to end the search.
  4. Employee Id(s): enter the employee's 10-digit ID number.
  5. Select Output Format: MS Excel (XLSX) is the only output option for this report.
  6. Select Output Destination: this report usually runs quickly; "Wait" is a good option.
