The Use Criteria Code Maintenance document includes the Edit Use Criteria tab. The system automatically enters data into both the Old and New sections in this tab. Selected data fields are available for editing.

Use Criteria Code

Required when initiating a document; otherwise, display only. A code used by your institution to restrict the use of funds and/or earnings from gifts.

Use Criteria Code Description

Required. Your institutionís description of this use criteria code.

Active Indicator

Indicates whether this use criteria code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate this Use Criteria Code record.
