Destination Section

This section contains information regarding the travel origination and destination, as well as capturing the times of departure and return. Kuali Financials uses the travel dates and times to accurately calculate per diem reimbursement.

Destinations section field definitions

Title	Description
From [City/State/Country]	Required. Enter the location from which the traveler departed.
From [Start Date/Time]	Required. Enter the departure date and time of the traveler on this trip or select it from the calendar tool.
To [City/State/Country]	Required. Enter the traveler's destination.
To [Start Date/Time]	Required. Enter the date and time the trip concluded (when the traveler returned to the original location) or select it from the calendar tool.
