Contracts & Grants Batch Processes
Users do not interact directly with Kuali Financials batch processes, but some users want to understand how these processes keep the database up to date. For users who are interested, the following table summarizes the functions of the system's Contracts & Grants batch processes. These processes, which are run according to a predetermined schedule, not only keep your database up to date but, in some cases, generate new documents as needed to make certain types of adjustments.

The intent of this job is to find all unclosed Awards that are not underwritten and all unclosed Proposals. For each of those proposals and awards the close date is set to the date on which the close was executed.

Parameter RESULT_SUMMARY_TO_EMAIL_ADDRESSES controls the recipients of the
CFDA batch process results.
